Shipping & Returns

 

We ship UPS Ground Service in the continental U.S for Diaper Cakes. Infant Carrier Covers and Blankets are shipped USPS Ground Service.  There is a nominal shipping and handling fee of $3.00. We will gladly accommodate your special shipping requirements such as Next Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day. Please call 704-728-9162 for special shipping requests. Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days. (no shipping on weekends).

Product Warranties and Return Policy

  • All returned items must be reported within 1 week of receiving the product. Please contact us at 704-728-9162 before you return any product.
  • Any Granny's Baby Gift product which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or tampered with, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse any return.
  • Restocking fees will be applied to any product showing improper handling.
  • We cannot accept returns on custom-ordered products. Pictures will be sent for approval prior to shipping.
  • Inspect your shipment upon arrival! Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to UPS at 800-PICK-UPS. All Shipping errors or damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving merchandise. Customers will be responsible for any discrepancies of their order after 48 hrs

How to Return an Order

  1. Before returning any products, you must contact Granny's Baby Gifts for a return authorization or your return will be rejected.
  2. Return merchandise in the original box.
  3. All returns must be sent prepaid - no collect shipments will be accepted.
  4. Please return orders to: Granny's Baby Gifts, 16862 Hugh Torance Prkwy, Huntersville, NC 28078
  5. We cannot accept returns on custom-orders.
  6. We recommend using UPS or Fed-Ex. Please keep your tracking number or numbers in the event the package is lost. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice.
  7. Sorry, COD or freight collect shipment will not be accepted. Credit will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on shipping or handling charges.
  8. Any merchandise that in our opinion, shows evidence of being tampered with is non-returnable.
